About Middleburg Municipal Authority
The Middleburg Municipal Authority is dedicated to providing reliable water and wastewater services to the residents and businesses of Middleburg Borough and Franklin Township. Our mission is to ensure safe, clean, and dependable water while maintaining the highest standards of environmental stewardship and community service.
We manage and operate local water and sewer systems with a focus on long-term sustainability, system efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Through proactive maintenance, infrastructure improvements, and careful planning, we work to meet the present and future needs of our community.

The Middleburg Municipal Authority sewer system was established April 1, 1951; and the water system was established July 1, 1956. The MMA serves 619 customers in the Middleburg Borough and 455 customers in Franklin Township. The office is located at 179 W Willow Avenue, Middleburg.
